About this event

Family Medicine Forum (FMF) is the annual conference of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the largest gathering of family doctors in the country. The 2026 edition returns to Toronto for four days at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre South Building, with in-person sessions plus a live stream and on-demand access.
