Asia-Pacific Sourcing 2027

Asia-Pacific Sourcing is Koelnmesse's biennial trade fair for importing from the Far East. It connects retailers, wholesalers and importers from Europe and North America with manufacturers from Asia offering tools and products for the home, garden and leisure sectors, and is positioned as a volume-business sourcing platform where buyers compare offers and find new suppliers in one place.

Who can visit

Asia-Pacific Sourcing is open to trade visitors only. It serves buyers from home and garden centres, hardware, department and discount stores, wholesalers, importers and exporters and mail-order companies, who must prove their trade status when buying a ticket.

Key figures

In 2025 more than 800 exhibitors presented products on 32,000 m² of exhibition space, with exhibitors from 16 countries and trade visitors from 75 countries. The "Best of China" presentation area in Hall 7 featured 54 companies that year.

Part of a global hardware portfolio

The fair belongs to Koelnmesse's hardware portfolio, which includes the International Hardware Fair Cologne (EISENWARENMESSE), next held in Cologne in March 2028, and hardware fairs in Asia, the Americas and the Middle East.
