ISM 2027

ISM in Cologne is the international snacks and sweets industry's leading business platform. From 2027 it runs as the ISM trade fair trio under one brand, covering the whole value chain from raw materials and production to the finished product on the retail shelf. The former ProSweets Cologne becomes ISM Manufacturing, sitting alongside ISM Ingredients and ISM Snacks & Sweets at Koelnmesse.

Three shows share the dates and grounds.

• ISM Ingredients: raw materials, ingredients and semi-finished products for confectionery and snacks
• ISM Manufacturing: production, processing, packaging and technology
• ISM Snacks & Sweets: the leading global fair where brands meet the trade

ISM is strictly trade-only, and visitors must prove their trade status at the entrance.

Awards and programme

The programme includes the ISM Start-Up Pitches Award 2027, the ISM Award and the Consumer Award, plus theme worlds on the show floor.

Koelnmesse also runs ISM Middle East in Dubai (3–5 November 2026) and ISM Japan in Tokyo (13–15 April 2027).
