Bakery China 2027

Bakery China, the China International Bakery Exhibition, is the annual meeting point of the Chinese and Asian bakery, pastry and confectionery trade. Organized by Bakery China Exhibitions in partnership with the China Association of Bakery & Confectionery Industry (CABCI), its 29th edition fills about 330,000 m² across the halls of the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from 19 to 22 May 2027.
