How much are tickets?

VIP tickets for one person are USD 999 early bird (until 28 November), USD 1,299 standard (29 November–16 January) and USD 1,599 late rate (from 17 January). Packs for three and five people are also sold, and tickets include lunch on both days and the awards dinner.

International visitors need a Saudi visa; eligible nationalities can buy the online tourist eVisa, which covers business events. The organizer advises applying at least two weeks before the event.

The organizer lists Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences (about a 20-minute walk), Radisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center and Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Financial District as nearby options.

Can I book meetings in advance?

About this event

Beyond Activ World is a two-day leadership and investment summit in Riyadh for the business side of health, fitness, wellness, hospitality, longevity and sport. Run by Singapore-based Beyond Activ (part of FIT Summit, which signed an MOU with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Investment in 2023), it puts gym and wellness operators in the same room as suppliers, distributors, advisors and capital partners, with a format built around keynotes, panels, pre-arranged one-to-one meetings and a curated B2B exhibition.

The 2027 programme runs over three days around the main summit.

2 February: icebreaker networking reception (1–4 pm) and Leejam welcome dinner
3 February: registration and experience zone from 8 am, conference stages 9 am–5 pm, then the VIP networking reception and World Awards ceremony
4 February: registration from 8 am, conference stages 9 am–4.30 pm, closing networking until 5 pm
