Big 5 Construct Saudi 2027 – Construction & Building Services

The September edition of Big 5 Construct Saudi, the Kingdom's largest construction exhibition run by dmg events, is devoted to Construction & Building Services: the materials, systems and services that go into a building's structure and keep it running after handover. It targets project-ready buyers working in procurement, engineering and delivery, giving suppliers a place to hold technical conversations with contractors, developers, consultants and project owners who have live sourcing needs. A separate Architecture & Finishes edition takes place earlier in the year, on 24–27 May 2027.

HVACR Saudi Arabia brings air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, airflow and ventilation, district cooling and energy-efficiency suppliers together with MEP directors, HVAC engineers, consultants and contractors. FM & Clean Saudi Arabia covers facility management products and services plus commercial cleaning and hygiene, aimed at facilities, property, asset, maintenance and HSE managers responsible for running buildings.

Background

Big 5 Construct Saudi launched in 2010 and brings the Big 5 brand, which began in Dubai in 1979, to Saudi Arabia's project market. It won Best Exhibition of the Year (over 10,000 sqm) at the Saudi Event Awards 2025, and the organiser has published a post-show report for its August 2026 edition.
