Real estate and construction events in Saudi Arabia in 2026–27: which to attend

Saudi Arabia's real estate and construction events run from October to June, with the heaviest month in November. Riyadh hosts most of them, at three venues: the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC), Riyadh Front, and the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre in Malham, where Cityscape Global is held. Jeddah has a March circuit, and Dammam's Dhahran Expo holds a December week. As of 13 October 2026, atndr lists nearly 40 upcoming events in this industry in the Kingdom.

The table picks the main events by month. Confirm dates on the organizer's site before you book travel.

Property and investment

Cityscape Global 2026 is the Kingdom's largest property show. Its 2026 ticket page lists more than 500 exhibitors and more than 450 speakers across four stages. It mixes new launches and mortgage offers for buyers with deal-making for professionals.

20th Real Estate Development Summit - Saudi Arabia is run by GBB. Entry is by invitation request, and the format is pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between project owners and suppliers. Real Estate Future Forum 2027 (25–27 January 2027) is a policy-heavy forum; its 2026 edition centred on the Non-Saudi Ownership Law, which took effect in January 2026. Global Proptech Summit 2026 (25–26 October 2026) covers proptech, tokenization and AI in asset management, with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) as regulatory partner.

Building products and materials

Saudi Build 2026 reaches its 36th edition in 2026 at RICEC, alongside Saudi Elenex 2026, its 27th edition for electricity, lighting, air conditioning and water technology. Big 5 Construct Saudi 2027 – Architecture & Finishes and Big 5 Construct Saudi 2027 – Construction & Building Services are two separate four-day shows at Riyadh Front, organized by dmg events. May carries co-located shows for marble and stone, urban design and landscape, and windows, doors and facades. September carries FM & Clean and HVACR Saudi Arabia. None of those co-located shows has its own listing on atndr yet.

Jeddah Construct 2027 is the Western Region's construction show; the organizer expects more than 200 exhibitors from over 25 countries in 2027. bauma SAUDI ARABIA 2027 (8–11 May 2027, Riyadh Front) is the construction machinery fair. INDEX Saudi Arabia 2027 (11–13 September 2027) covers interiors and fit-out, and Saudi Projects 2027 (31 May–2 June 2027, RICEC) covers building materials; its organizer reported more than 20,000 buyers and industry visitors at the 2025 edition.

Infrastructure

Highways KSA 2026 pairs a two-day conference, which the organizer says will host more than 200 speakers, with a free exhibition of more than 250 exhibitors. Global Infrastructure Expo 2027 and Smart Cities Saudi Expo 2027 share Riyadh Front on 8–10 June 2027, and Saudi International Rail 2027 follows in November 2027.

A property show is about projects and capital. A construction exhibition is about products and suppliers. A summit is about the people in the room.

• Property shows such as Cityscape Global 2026 and Cityscape West KSA 2027 put developers, banks and buyers on the floor. Go if you are investing, selling units or partnering with a developer. Cityscape West KSA is the more consumer-facing of the two: its organizer pitches it at homebuyers and investors in Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah.
• Construction exhibitions such as Saudi Build 2026, Big 5 Construct Saudi and Jeddah Construct 2027 are trade shows. A trade visitor, an industry professional who registers to walk the show floor, can compare dozens of suppliers in a day. Go if you specify, buy or sell products.
• Summits and forums such as 20th Real Estate Development Summit - Saudi Arabia and Real Estate Future Forum 2027 are seated programmes with smaller, more senior audiences. Go to hear policy and pipeline plans, or to meet project owners in pre-booked meetings.

Most construction exhibitions in Saudi Arabia are free for trade visitors who register online. Property shows and summits charge for business access. Prices below are as published on 13 October 2026.

Age rules apply at the trade shows. Saudi Build does not admit visitors under 16, and Big 5 Construct Saudi does not admit visitors under 18. 20th Real Estate Development Summit - Saudi Arabia is by invitation request, and Real Estate Future Forum 2027 takes registrations for visitors, speakers, sponsors and media through its site. Riyadh is the default. It holds Cityscape Global, Saudi Build, both Big 5 Construct Saudi editions, bauma, INDEX and the infrastructure shows. Go to Jeddah for Western Region projects, and to Dammam for the Eastern Province.

Book hotels early for November in Riyadh, and plan around evening opening hours.

• Evening hours. Saudi trade shows open in the afternoon and run late. Saudi Build is open 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm on 3–5 November 2026. Big 5 Construct Saudi runs 4 pm to 10 pm, Jeddah Construct 4 pm to 10 pm, and Cityscape West KSA noon to 10 pm.
• Register before you travel. Free trade badges need online pre-registration, and Cityscape Global's free General Pass offer ends on 15 November 2026.
• Check the date shortly before you go. MIPIM Middle East, announced for 20–21 October 2026 at the Sofitel in Riyadh, has been rescheduled to 2027, with details still to come.
• Plan the floor. Download the floor plan and book meetings through the event app. Allow at least one full day for Cityscape Global or a Big 5 Construct Saudi edition.
