Cityscape Global 2026

Cityscape Global is the Kingdom's headline real estate event, held in Riyadh each year to bring Saudi Arabia's giga-projects and residential pipeline together with local and international capital. The 2026 edition combines a large exhibition of developers and destinations with a multi-stage conference, structured networking and AI-powered matchmaking, aimed at the people who buy, fund, design and regulate property in the region.

More than 500 exhibitors show Saudi and international real estate, including newly launched developments, exclusive inventory, and mortgage and payment-plan offers. The 2026 exhibitor list includes ROSHN Group, Diriyah Company, New Murabba, RUA AlHaram AlMakki, Rua Al Madinah and Jeddah Economic Company, alongside banks such as Saudi National Bank, Alinma Bank and Aljazira Bank.
