Contact Centre & Customer Experience Expo (also known as Call & Contact Centre Expo) is a UK event dedicated to customer contact operations and CX technology, returning to ExCeL London in November 2026. Organised by ROAR B2B, it combines an exhibition of contact centre and CX suppliers with free educational theatres, live product demonstrations and scheduled one-to-one meetings. For 2026 the organiser cites around 120 exhibitors, 3,500 professionals, 100 seminar sessions and 110 speakers.
