How much does registration cost?

Advanced rates (September 28 – October 25) are $2,530 for shippers (regular $2,700) and $3,490 for non-shippers (regular $3,895). Returning paid attendees get 15% off and JOC.com subscribers 10–20% off.

Who qualifies for the shipper rate?

Only cargo owners (BCOs) buying freight transport, such as manufacturers, retailers and agribusiness. Carriers, NVOCCs, forwarders, brokers, 3PLs and other logistics providers pay the non-shipper rate. The Journal of Commerce verifies every shipper registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

Refund requests are honoured if received in writing through January 1, 2027. Later cancellations and no-shows pay the full rate; substitutions are allowed through the Events Help Desk.

How do I book a hotel?

The official hotel block is only for registered attendees. After registering you receive a booking link by email; hotels adjacent to or near the convention center start from about $269 a night.
