Doha Forum 2026

Doha Forum is an annual global platform for dialogue that has convened in Qatar since 2003 under the motto "Diplomacy, Dialogue, Diversity". It brings policymakers, diplomats, business leaders, academics and civil society together to discuss the world's critical challenges and build action-oriented networks. The 2026 edition runs under the theme "Redefining Global Trust", looking at how diplomacy, institutions and shared norms can adapt amid geopolitical change.

Who attends

Participation is by invitation only. The Expression of Interest form invites applicants from government entities, private sector companies, international organisations, NGOs and civil society, academic institutions and think tanks, media outlets and students.

Format

The two main days on 5 and 6 December are followed on 7 December by an extended third day of partner-led events, interactive workshops and cultural experiences at venues across Doha. Main sessions are held in English with simultaneous interpretation into Arabic and other languages, and are livestreamed. The full agenda is due to be released in October 2026.

Key figures

The 2025 edition, the forum's 23rd, gathered around 6,500 participants and 470 speakers from about 170 countries.
