When and where is EPOMEC 2026?

The 13th EPOMEC takes place on 3–5 December 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai.

How much is registration?

Regular rates (2 Sept – 28 Nov) are USD 550 for ophthalmologists and USD 300 for optometrists, technicians and nurses; onsite rates are USD 600 and USD 350. Residents register free with proof of status. Prices exclude 5% VAT.

What does the fee include?

Admission to all scientific sessions, entry to the exhibition, coffee and lunch breaks, and a CME certificate with hours awarded based on attendance.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received before 21 October 2026 are refunded less a USD 100 administrative fee; from 22 October 2026 no refunds are given. Delegate replacements are allowed until 5 November 2026.

Visa arrangements are each attendee's responsibility. Visas can be applied for through a UAE embassy or consulate, through Emirates or flydubai, or via your Dubai hotel, and the organisers offer an invitation letter service.
