EuroGastro 2027

EuroGastro is the International Trade Fair for HoReCa Industry Solutions, held at Ptak Warsaw Expo and billed as the most important event for gastronomy and hospitality professionals in Poland. The 30th edition in March 2027 presents equipment, products and technology for restaurants, cafés, hotels and catering companies.

Programme

The Congress of the HoReCa Industry runs alongside the exhibition, and the 2027 edition hosts the 2nd culinary competition "Traditions of Polish Cuisine", organised by OSSKIC.
