WorldFood Poland 2027

WorldFood Poland is the International Food & Drink, Food Processing and Packaging Exhibition held at EXPO XXI in Warsaw, and it describes itself as the largest B2B fair in Poland dedicated to the food industry. The 13th edition in April 2027 covers the chain from production and processing to the final product and its sale.

What's on show

Exhibitors present food and drink alongside the inputs and services behind them.

• Food and drink products, including alcohol
• Organic and functional food and dietary supplements
• Food raw materials and additives
• Food processing technologies
• Packaging and services for the food industry
• Plant-based products

Business meetings

The fair's matchmaking service lets exhibitors arrange meetings in advance with key buyers present at the show, and a VIP Buyer Programme and national pavilions bring international trade visitors to the floor.

Conferences and competitions

Discussion panels and conferences with opinion leaders and retail chain representatives run alongside the exhibition; the 2026 edition debated the competitiveness of Polish food under EU trade agreements and Polish food brands at home and abroad. The Gold Medal Award competition recognises new products.
