Expo Carnes y Lácteos 2027

Expo Carnes y Lácteos is the trade show of Mexico's meat and dairy supply chain, organized by the Mexican Meat Council (COMECARNE). Held every two years for more than four decades, its 40th edition returns to Cintermex in Monterrey, bringing processors, producers, distributors and technology suppliers together to source equipment and follow industry trends.
