IORA Aquaculture & Fisheries Business Forum & Exhibition 2026

The IORA Aquaculture & Fisheries Business Forum & Exhibition brings the Indian Ocean Rim Association's blue-economy agenda to Muscat for three days. Under the theme of bridging innovation and blue trade, it pairs a policy and business forum with a trade exhibition aimed at smarter, more sustainable aquaculture and fisheries management.

The forum

The forum is designed as a platform for regional cooperation among Indian Ocean littoral states and partners, bringing together senior officials, private sector leaders, scholars and experts to discuss economic development, maritime security, environmental sustainability and regional issues. Speakers and the agenda were marked as coming soon on the official site.

Exhibition sectors

The exhibition connects government officials, buyers, traders and technology providers across four areas.

• Aquaculture: technology, inland systems, aquafeed and nutrition, equipment and training, universities
• Fisheries: boats and vessels, fishing tools and equipment, port and fisheries infrastructure
• Seafood: fresh and frozen fish, exporters and importers, processing and packaging
• Maritime industry: fisheries and environmental consultancies
