About this event

Grocery & Specialty Food West (GSF West) is the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers' trade show for Western Canada. Held at the Vancouver Convention Centre East Building, it gives grocery, specialty and natural food retailers two days to discover new products, meet suppliers and learn from industry speakers, with a day of pre-arranged retailer and supplier meetings beforehand.

Show features

Alongside the exhibition floor, GSF West runs a New Product Showcase, the Top 10 in Grocery selection, Category Connect meetings and speaker sessions. More than 230 exhibitors have showcased at GSF, and attendance in 2025 grew 21% over 2024.
