Food Africa 2026

Food Africa is an international food and beverage trade exhibition in Cairo, organised by IFP Group with Konzept and Messe Düsseldorf. Now in its 11th edition, it connects food manufacturers and exporters with importers, distributors, retailers and hospitality buyers from Egypt, Africa, the Middle East and beyond. It is a trade-only event and runs alongside interpack MEA, Fresh Africa and Dates Africa.

Hosted buyers and B2B matchmaking

A Hosted Buyers Program brings procurement executives from wholesalers, supermarket chains, hotel chains, airlines and government bodies to meet exhibitors; the organiser reports 500+ hosted buyers from 71 countries and 8,500+ scheduled meetings at the previous edition. A free B2B Matchmaking Platform lets exhibitors and registered visitors book one-to-one meetings before the show. A live cooking show also runs on site.

Key figures (2025 edition)

The 2025 edition hosted about 1,200 exhibitors from 51 countries on 50,000 m² of gross space and drew around 37,000 visitors, according to the organiser.
