GulfHost 2026

GulfHost is DWTC's trade exhibition for foodservice and hospitality equipment. It connects restaurant groups, hotels, cafés, caterers and cloud kitchens with manufacturers and technology providers of kitchen, service and dining equipment, and shares its dates and venue with Gulfood Manufacturing, ISM Middle East and Private Label Middle East.

• Front of House: equipment for restaurants and bars, lighting and ambience
• Back of House: commercial kitchen equipment, ovens, cooking stations, refrigeration, bakery equipment
• Tableware & Furnishing: crockery, porcelain and dining furniture
• Café & Counter: roasting, brewing and espresso equipment

The 2026 edition highlights smart kitchen systems such as AI-driven ovens and app-connected refrigeration, compact high-output equipment for delivery-only kitchens, regional sourcing for supply stability, and energy- and water-efficient solutions for markets like the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
