HCJ is one of Japan's largest business exhibitions for the service and food business industries, held in East Halls 1 to 6 of Tokyo Big Sight. The name combines the initials of three concurrent shows: the 55th International Hotel & Restaurant Show (HOTERES JAPAN), the 48th Food Catering Show (CATEREX JAPAN) and the 27th Japan Food Service Equipment Show.
