Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK is the Hong Kong government's flagship week for finance, technology and entrepreneurship. It is organised by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and Invest Hong Kong, co-organised by the HKMA, the SFC and the Insurance Authority, and run by Finoverse. The 2026 theme is Fintech Nexus: Bridging the World, Building the Future.

Programme

The Main Conference and exhibition take place at the HKCEC on 2 and 3 November, with community events across the city through 6 November and a Shenzhen day on 4 November. The programme is built around three engines.

Government officials and regulators, bankers, insurers, asset managers, investors, corporates, founders and startups working on AI, fintech, Web3, insurtech, greentech and healthtech. The organiser reports that about 60% of the audience are C-suite or senior decision-makers.
