idd cologne 2026

idd cologne (interior design days) is Koelnmesse's urban trade event for premium residential interior design. Instead of a hall on the fairground, it spreads across selected venues in the city of Cologne, where international furniture, surface and design brands show new collections to architects, interior designers, retailers and design-minded visitors. The 2026 edition is its second, following a debut in 2025.

Venues

Three main locations form the 2026 network, rounded off by independent showrooms, retail partners and creative spaces.

• Design Post Köln, a listed former post office in Deutz with 3,500 m² for furniture and design brands
• WallStudio Cologne in the Südstadt, new for 2026: paints, wallpapers, flooring and surfaces
• machwerkhaus köln in Kalk, a centre for design and urban production with around 20,000 m²

Interior Week with ORGATEC

New for 2026, idd cologne runs alongside ORGATEC, the trade fair for workspace and contract furnishing, creating a single Interior Week that covers private living, modern working environments and professionally designed spaces. ORGATEC is for trade visitors only and needs its own ticket.

Brands and themes

WallStudio Cologne features brands such as Wall&Decò, EPI Floors, Farrow & Ball, Jannelli & Volpi, Porcelanosa, Murface, Orac and Omexco. The accompanying idd cologne inspiration magazine covers themes like natural stone interiors, outdoor living and AI tools for interior design.
