When is iENA 2026 and what are the opening hours?

Saturday 31 October to Monday 2 November 2026, 10:00 to 18:00 daily. Admission ends one hour before closing.

Is iENA held with another fair?

Yes. It runs alongside the Consumenta consumer fair, and one ticket covers both.

What do tickets cost?

Children under 6 enter free, children aged 6 to 14 pay EUR 3 and pupils aged 14 to 18 EUR 8. Online tickets, which include local public transport, are sold through the fair's ticket shop.

At the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg (NürnbergMesse); the iENA office is right after the entrance to Hall 4.

About this event

iENA is the international trade fair for "Ideas, Inventions, New Products" in Nuremberg, organised by AFAG Messen und Ausstellungen. Freelance inventors, invention associations from many countries, companies, craft businesses, universities and research institutes present new developments looking for manufacturers, licensees, investors and buyers.

Who exhibits

Independent inventors and national invention associations, alongside companies, handicraft enterprises, universities and research institutes showing prototypes and market-ready products.

Visiting

iENA runs at the same time as Consumenta, a large public consumer fair (31 October to 8 November 2026), and one ticket gives access to both. The iENA fair management office is just after the entrance to Hall 4. The online ticket includes use of local public transport.
