Deutscher Wirbelsäulenkongress 2026

The Deutscher Wirbelsäulenkongress is the 21st Annual Meeting of the German Spine Society (DWG), held at NCC Ost, the NürnbergConvention Center on the Nuremberg exhibition grounds. Under the motto "Globally networked. Tech-oriented.", the congress chaired by PD Dr. med. Klaus Schnake covers current research and treatment across the whole spectrum of spinal medicine.

Scientific programme

The finalised programme runs on three stages: an expanded main stage plus two stages in the exhibition hall.

Industry exhibition

An industry exhibition accompanies the congress, where the German Spine Foundation's DWS Challenge runs at company stands over all three days in support of its spinal surgery project in Nepal.
