IAAPA Expo 2026

IAAPA Expo is the annual global gathering of the attractions industry, run by IAAPA in Orlando. Park operators, family entertainment center owners, developers, investors and suppliers come together for a week of education and a vast trade show floor showcasing new rides, games, technology and guest-experience products.

Education conference

The education program runs from November 16 to 19, 2026, with more than 170 education events, signature sessions featuring Disney Legends and global industry executives, and special ticketed events such as IAAPA Celebrates at Universal Epic Universe.

Trade show floor

The show floor is open from November 17 to 20, 2026, with more than 1,100 exhibitors across the Orange County Convention Center. For 2026 the expo adds the West Building to the North and South Buildings because exhibitor demand exceeded available space.
