December 6–9, 2026 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Pre-meeting workshops and review courses are on Saturday, December 5.

When is the exhibit hall open?

The Exhibit Program runs 11 a.m.–3 p.m. on December 7 and 8, and 11 a.m.–2 p.m. on December 9.

How much does registration cost?

Full registration is $915 for ASHP members and $1,315 for non-members until November 6, rising to $1,015 and $1,415 from November 7. One-day registration is $425 (members) or $625 (non-members) per day.

Is there a recruiting service?

Yes. The Personnel Placement Service (PPS) and the Residency Showcase run during the meeting for employers, residency programs and candidates.

About this event

The ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition is the largest annual gathering of health-system pharmacy, run by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists for more than 60 years. The 2026 edition brings over 20,000 pharmacy professionals, students and industry leaders to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando for clinical education, career recruiting and an industry exhibition.

Four days of programming run from Sunday to Wednesday, with workshops and review courses on the Saturday before.
