iktva Forum 2027

The iktva Forum is Aramco's flagship gathering for its In-Kingdom Total Value Add (iktva) program, the localization framework launched in 2015 that is now part of how Aramco buys goods and services. The 2027 edition returns to Dhahran Expo in the Eastern Province under the patronage of the Governor of the Eastern Province, and brings together local and international suppliers, SMEs, investors, government entities and Aramco's own procurement teams to showcase localization opportunities and build partnerships.

TecShift launch

The 2027 forum is where Aramco launches TecShift, its open innovation initiative aimed at making Dhahran a global hub for industrial innovation and deep tech. TecShift connects innovators, deep-tech entrepreneurs and startups with industrial customers, investors and partners, giving new technologies a route from concept to testing, piloting, deployment and scale-up.

Who attends

The forum is built for companies that want to do business with Aramco or grow in its supply chain: international manufacturers and service companies looking to localize, Saudi SMEs and suppliers, investors, government entities and technology developers. The format combines an exhibition, speaker sessions, business opportunity announcements and workshops.

About the iktva program

Aramco launched iktva in 2015 to bring its long-running localization efforts under one structured framework. Aramco reports that local content in its supply chain has risen from 35% to 70% and that nearly 400 manufacturing facilities have been established in the Kingdom, with about $9 billion of capital investment. Participation in iktva is required for doing business with Aramco.
