How much does exhibitor registration cost?

Exhibitor badges cost $1,400 for Engage members, $1,800 for Inform members and $2,000 for non-members at the early rate (ends November 20, 2026), rising to $1,600, $2,000 and $2,200 from November 21. Booth space is priced separately per square foot.

Are business appointments pre-scheduled?

Yes. Attendees use an appointment-matching system to request and manage one-on-one meetings before the event; IPW 2027 offers 44 appointments.

About This Event

IPW 2027 is a Lifestyle & Tourism event taking place 2-6 May 2027 at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, United States.

IPW is the U.S. Travel Association's premier travel trade show for driving international visitation to the United States. It connects international buyers and media with U.S. destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation providers and other suppliers through pre-scheduled business appointments, and the conversations started there typically turn into bookings two to three years later. IPW returns to New Orleans in 2027.
