Joburg Indaba 2026

The Joburg Indaba, now in its 14th year, is the premier gathering for the South African mining industry. Under the banner "investing in resources and mining in Africa", it brings CEOs and senior representatives of the major mining houses together with local and international investors, government, parastatals, legal and advisory experts, communities and organised labour for two days of frank debate in Johannesburg.

What's on the agenda

The 2026 programme looks at how the industry can seize opportunities and drive inclusive economic growth and development, and at Africa's critical role in the minerals and metals of the future. The organiser is known for critical and constructive conversations that get to the crux of the issues facing the sector.
