About this event

MAPIC Italy is the Italian retail property market's leasing hub, organised by RX in Milan. Running since 2016, it gathers the country's retail real estate community for two days of deal-making, where retailers look for new locations and landlords, developers and investors present shopping centres, outlets, mixed-use schemes and high-street space.

Who attends

The event is designed for every retail real estate professional active in the Italian market.

Retailers and food & beverage brands planning expansion
Developers and shopping centre owners
Investors and asset managers
Leasing agents and consultants
Municipalities and urban regeneration promoters

Programme

Beyond the exhibition, MAPIC Italy runs a conference programme, premium networking events and pitching sessions where retailers present their expansion plans. A guide to leading Italian retail, mixed-use and urban regeneration projects is published for participants.

Why attend

The format is built around leasing: two focused days to discover commercial spaces across Italy, meet expanding retailers, build partnerships and close deals in one place.
