About this event

Maritime Industry is the number one trade fair for the inland shipping sector, organised by Easyfairs at Evenementenhal Gorinchem in the heart of the Dutch river and shipbuilding region. After celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026, the fair returns in May 2027, bringing shipbuilders, shipping companies, skippers, suppliers, innovators and policymakers together to work on the future of inland navigation.

What's on show

More than 350 companies present technology, products and services for inland vessels, from new builds and refits to propulsion, navigation and electronics, deck equipment, coatings, insurance and finance. Product launches and the Innovation Award highlight what is new; the 2026 award went to Radio Holland for Retina.

Programme

Alongside the stands, the fair runs a programme aimed at both knowledge and networking.

Who attends

Professionals active in inland shipping: skippers and shipowners, shipyards and naval architects, suppliers and service companies, ports and waterway authorities, and students heading into the sector. The afternoon-and-evening opening hours let working skippers and yard staff visit after their day.
