Horecava is the leading trade fair for the Dutch foodservice and hospitality industry, held every January at RAI Amsterdam since 1957. The 2027 edition marks the show's 70th anniversary. Over four days, restaurant, hotel, café and outdoor accommodation professionals come to find suppliers, new products and concepts, and to follow the trends shaping the sector.

Theatre programme

A theatre on the show floor hosts symposia for different audiences in the hospitality industry, covering hospitality, sustainability, art, leisure and retail. The 2027 programme is due to go live in late October 2026.
