Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference 2026

The Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference (OEEC) is Europe's leading annual event for the offshore energy and maritime industries, with a particular emphasis on Northwest Europe. Organised by Navingo at RAI Amsterdam, it brings established companies, innovators, start-ups, industry leaders and policymakers together for two days of business, conferences and networking across offshore wind, oil and gas, hydrogen, CCS and sustainable maritime solutions.

Conference programme 2026

The 2026 programme focuses on how oil and gas and offshore wind can together secure a stable, sustainable and affordable energy supply, with system integration as the central theme and a strong North Sea focus. Announced sessions include:

Exhibition

The exhibition fills Halls 1 and 2 of RAI Amsterdam and includes an AI & Cybersecurity Pavilion and a Maritime Offshore Pavilion. Beyond the stands, OEEC offers talks, round tables, matchmaking and the Offshore Energy Innovation Award.

Networking party

The first day runs into the evening with the official OEEC networking party, included in the event ticket, with the venue open until 21:30 on 24 November.
