ME-CAT 2027

ME-CAT, the Middle East Catalyst Technology Conference, is a technical platform dedicated to refining and petrochemical catalyst technologies, run by Euro Petroleum Consultants. The 2027 edition in Bahrain, themed "Optimising Catalyst Performance in Refining & Petrochemical Processes", is hosted by the Ministry of Oil and Environment and runs in conjunction with BBTC MENA, the Bottom of the Barrel Technology Conference, which opens the day before.

Sessions look at how catalyst design, application and lifecycle management can lift unit performance, cut emissions and improve reliability across hydrogenation, FCC, hydroprocessing and reforming.

Format

Two days of technical presentations, panels and pre-arranged one-to-one meetings. ME-CAT follows BBTC MENA on 23-24 March, and a combined pass covers both conferences.
