What are the opening hours?

09:00–18:00 on 5 and 6 October, and 09:00–17:00 on 7 October.

Registration is mandatory for all participants via napec.app. Visitors can register for free; delegate passes for the conference are purchased through the same registration process.

Visitor access is strictly limited to energy and hydrocarbons professionals. Visitors need their NAPEC access badge and a government ID.

About this event

NAPEC is the Africa & Mediterranean Energy & Hydrogen Exhibition and Conference, a three-day meeting point for the oil, gas, power and hydrogen industries of North Africa and the Mediterranean. The 2026 edition returns to Oran under the theme of moving from energy transition to energy addition while securing supply, affordability and decarbonisation.

Strategic and technical conference

Alongside the exhibition, NAPEC runs a strategic and technical conference where industry leaders, experts and decision-makers discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the energy and hydrocarbons sector. Contributors take part in panel discussions and deliver strategic or technical presentations selected through a call for papers.
