Nordic Business Forum 2027

Nordic Business Forum is a two-day leadership conference that gathers thousands of business leaders from more than 40 countries in Helsinki to hear world-class thinkers on a single main stage. The 2027 edition is built around three capabilities for leading with clarity in an age of AI and constant disruption: Trust, Focus and Execution.

Main stage programme

Each speaker is tied to one of the three themes, with keynotes, conversations and Q&A sessions. The organisers say a few more names will be announced later.

• Trust: Trevor Noah, Jacinda Ardern and Esther Perel
• Focus: Mark Ritson, Cal Newport and Rachel Botsman
• Execution: Raja Rajamannar and Nobel laureate Philippe Aghion

Who attends

The audience is senior: CEOs, owners, directors and managers from Finland, the Baltics and the wider Nordic region, with simultaneous interpretation into Estonian, Finnish, Latvian and Lithuanian. More than 6,000 tickets for 2027 had already been sold a year ahead.

What's included

Every pass covers the two-day conference, all-inclusive catering, a matchmaking and networking tool, printed learning materials, written keynote summaries afterwards and 90-day access to the recordings. VIP and First Class add closer seating, an evening event and private sessions with speakers.

Preliminary schedule

Doors open at 08:30 on 22 September, with VIP breakfast and sessions in the morning and the main-stage programme from 12:00 to 19:00, followed by the VIP evening. On 23 September doors open at 07:45 and the main stage runs 09:30 to 17:00.
