PCIC energy Middle East 2026

PCIC energy Middle East is the regional edition of the PCIC energy technical conferences on electrical engineering in the petroleum, chemical and energy industries. The 10th Middle East edition is held in Al Khobar in collaboration with the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IEEE-IAS) Saudi Arabia Section, with peer-reviewed technical papers, tutorials and a sponsor exhibition aimed at the engineers who design, operate and maintain electrical systems in oil, gas and petrochemical facilities.

Programme

The two-day programme is built from papers submitted through an open call for papers and reviewed by a local committee, plus tutorials. A draft technical programme for the 2026 Al-Khobar conference is published on the conference website, and the conference recognises best-voted papers.

Who attends

Electrical engineers, technical specialists and managers from end users and EPC contractors in the oil, gas, petrochemical and energy sectors, together with academics and equipment and solution suppliers. Separate registration rates apply to Saudi end-user and EPC employees and to academics.
