PDAC 2027 Convention

PDAC is the annual convention of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada and the largest meeting point of the global mineral exploration and mining industry. Each March it fills the Metro Toronto Convention Centre with exploration companies, producers, financiers, service suppliers and government delegations, and it is where many of the year's mining deals, partnerships and project updates are announced.

Exhibits

The convention's exhibit floors sit on Level 800 of the convention centre and are organised by audience, so investors, buyers and partners can find the right companies quickly.

• Investors Exchange: exploration, development and mining companies, from junior explorers to major miners, plus financial firms
• Trade Show: mining service and supply companies and government exhibits
• Core Shack: drill core on display from new and ongoing projects
• Prospectors Tent: self-employed prospectors presenting a project or property

Who attends

Geologists, prospectors, mining executives, institutional and retail investors, analysts, bankers, suppliers, Indigenous community representatives, students and government officials from mining jurisdictions around the world. PDAC reports more than 32,000 attendees from over 140 countries at recent conventions.

Programme

Alongside the exhibits, the convention runs technical and investment sessions, short courses before the opening day, a student and early-career programme, and networking events across the four days. The 2027 programme details are published on the PDAC site as they are confirmed.
