About this event

SIAL Canada is the Canadian member of the global SIAL food trade fair network and one of North America's main agri-food business events. The show alternates between Montréal and Toronto; after the 2026 edition at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, the 2027 edition moves to the Enercare Centre in Toronto.

Who it is for

SIAL Canada is open exclusively to agri-food professionals aged 19 and over. Exhibitors from Canada and abroad meet retail, foodservice, distribution and import buyers, and the show runs a Buyers Program to match them.
