Localizing material production, logistics and workforce
Smart logistics and warehousing for large projects
Investment, PPPs and financing for supply chain expansion
PropTech: digital twins, smart contracts and predictive analytics in procurement
Supply chain strategies on giga-projects
ESG and green building in supply chains

Objectives

RSCF aims to shorten project timelines, support local manufacturing and Saudi jobs, build partnerships between public and private sectors and between local and international firms, and attract specialized foreign companies and investment to the Saudi market.
