What are the opening hours?

9:30 am to 7 pm from Sunday to Tuesday, and 9:30 am to 6 pm on Wednesday.

On-site entry for professionals is EUR 25 for any day; free online pre-registration for professionals is announced as coming soon. Students, minors, job seekers and people with disabilities enter free with proof.

About this event

Serbotel is the trade show for food trades, hotels and restaurants, held every two years since 1985 at the Parc des Expositions in Nantes. Bakers, pastry chefs, butchers, caterers, restaurateurs and hoteliers come to source equipment, products and services and to follow competitions and culinary demonstrations. It is organised by Exponantes, majority-owned by the CCI Nantes St-Nazaire.
