Snack Show Paris 2027

Snack Show, formerly Sandwich & Snack Show, is RX France's reference trade show for the fast food and on-the-go catering market in France. Held in Pavilion 7.3 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, it helps food service operators develop or premiumise their business with the latest snacking innovations, trends and new concepts across food, equipment, tech and packaging.

Three exhibition areas

Exhibitors declare around 1,800 innovations and new products each year across three universes.

• Snacking: food concepts and packaging
• Parizza+Gusto: Italian snacking, pizza and pasta
• Smart Lab: foodtech and equipment
• The Coffee Place: roasters, equipment makers and coffee masterclasses (introduced in 2026)

Competitions and awards

More than ten competitions and award ceremonies run during the show, including the Snacking d'Or. New for 2027, Parizza+Gusto hosts the French Cup of Italian Pizza, organised with the AVPN, and the French Cup of Italian Pasta, organised with the ACIF, judged by official FIC judges from Italy.

Who attends

The show is reserved exclusively for food service professionals: fast food and snacking operators, chain and franchise managers, bakers, caterers, retailers and suppliers. Children are not admitted.
