SÜFFA 2026

SÜFFA is Messe Stuttgart's trade fair for the meat industry and has brought the butchery trade together since 1984. It showcases the full range of products and technology for artisan butchers and meat businesses, helping them make informed investment decisions, while talks, special topics and competitions make up the supporting programme.

Supporting programme

The 2026 SÜFFA competitions look for the best Maultaschen, boiled sausages and game specialities. In the SÜFFA Team Cup, teams of two or three compete in five disciplines, from boning and mincing to identifying spices. The Butchers' Marketplace puts the spotlight on sourcing third-party products.
