9. LBV-Unternehmertag 2027

One-day business conference for farm entrepreneurs in Baden-Württemberg, run by the state farmers' association.

About this event

The LBV-Unternehmertag is the entrepreneurs' day of the Landesbauernverband in Baden-Württemberg (LBV), one of Germany's largest farmers' associations with around 30,000 members. The ninth edition takes place on 2 February 2027 in Kongresssaal C1 of the ICS Internationales Congresscenter Stuttgart and looks at opportunities and prospects for farm businesses, under the motto "Chancen erkennen. Perspektiven schaffen."

Who attends

Farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs from Baden-Württemberg who run and develop their businesses. The 8th edition in 2025 welcomed more than 650 farmers.

Programme

The LBV says details of the 2027 programme, timetable and running order will follow. At the 2025 edition, talks covered topics such as the following.

  • Regional markets and value creation in dairy farming
  • The outlook for the southern German livestock processing sector
  • Agri-photovoltaics combined with poultry farming
  • Precision application technology for crop protection
  • Plant breeding for less crop protection and better nutrient efficiency
