When does buyer registration open?

Buyer registrations open on 12 November 2026. Seller places are on a waitlist due to high demand.

About this event

TRENZ is New Zealand's largest international tourism business event. Each year it brings international and New Zealand travel buyers and travel media together with the country's tourism operators for pre-scheduled business appointments, where sellers present their products and negotiate deals for coming seasons. The 2027 edition moves south to Te Pae in Christchurch.

How it works

TRENZ is an appointment-based trade show. Accommodation providers, attractions, tour operators, transport companies and regional tourism organisations exhibit as sellers, while buyers from inbound tour operators, wholesalers and travel agencies and invited media book meetings with them over the three days.

Hundreds of international and New Zealand travel buyers and media delegates each year, alongside New Zealand's leading tourism operators. The event is brought to you by the Tourism Industry New Zealand Trust and managed by Tourism Industry Aotearoa, with Westpac as a strategic partner.
