Business and management events in Saudi Arabia in 2026–27: which ones to attend

Saudi Arabia's business and management calendar is concentrated in Riyadh between late October and early December 2026. Of the nine upcoming events atndr lists in this category, eight fall between 22 October and 8 December 2026, and seven are in Riyadh. Jeddah hosts two: a one-day HR leadership conference in October and the first edition of the franchise expo in November. After December the calendar thins out, and the Riyadh franchise expo in late January 2027 is the last listed date of the season.

Mid-November is the busiest stretch. In one week, Riyadh has an accounting expo, an HR technology summit and a trade finance summit, so finance and people leaders can cover two events in one trip. The full, current list is on atndr's Saudi business and management page.

The category splits into four audiences: HR and learning leaders, finance teams, investors, and entrepreneurs. Pick the room first, then the date.

HR and learning leaders

Three events cover people management, each from a different angle. The Workforce Strategy & Leadership Conference 2026 in Jeddah is a one-day executive forum on workforce planning, leadership pipelines and talent retention, organised by Exito Media. The 10th HR Tech Saudi Summit runs at voco Riyadh and is where HR teams compare HR technology. Its organiser, QnA International, promotes networking with more than 400 HR and technology decision-makers. The ATD Saudi Arabia Conference 2026 is for learning and development teams. Its 2026 theme is "Future-Ready Workforce: Empowering Saudi Talent for Vision 2030", and the organizer says more than 400 HR and learning professionals attended in 2025.

Finance and accounting teams

The Accounting & Business Expo Saudi Arabia 2026 runs 9–10 November 2026 at Riyadh Front, alongside Seamless Saudi Arabia 2026. Terrapinn, the organiser, advertises 3,000 attendees, 150 exhibitors and 150 speakers, and the sessions are CPD-certified. The Saudi Trade Finance Summit 2026, in its 14th edition, runs 18–19 November at the InterContinental Riyadh. It expects more than 400 senior leaders and hosts the Saudi CFO Awards and Saudi Bank Awards.

Investors and executives

FII10 runs 26–29 October 2026 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center under the theme "The Power of Legacy". The FII Institute reports 65,000 attendees from 136 nationalities across its editions since 2017. The last day, Investment Day, is given to pitch competitions and investor matchmaking.

Entrepreneurs and franchise buyers

The Saudi Franchise Expo runs twice this season: in Jeddah from 23–25 November 2026 and at The Arena in Riyadh from 26–28 January 2027. Both editions open 4–11 pm. Organiser Sunaidi Expo cites 179 brands across 7,000 m² and more than 465 agreements signed through its matchmaking programme.

Choose the format by what you need to leave with. Business and management events in Saudi Arabia come in three shapes, and they reward different goals.

• Executive conferences and summits (Workforce Strategy & Leadership Conference 2026, 10th HR Tech Saudi Summit, Saudi Trade Finance Summit 2026) seat a few hundred senior people in a hotel ballroom for one or two days. Pick one when you want peer conversations and a shortlist of contacts at your own level. Expect paid passes and some vetting of delegates.
• Trade expos (Accounting & Business Expo Saudi Arabia 2026, the Saudi Franchise Expo) put suppliers on a show floor. Pick one when you are buying software, services or a franchise, and want to compare several vendors in an afternoon. Visitor entry is usually free with registration.
• Flagship forums (FII10) mix policy, capital and media. They suit investors and executives whose work depends on who is in the country that week, not on a single session.

An expo is the lower-cost way to test a sector. A summit is the better use of time once you know which people you need to meet. The ATD Saudi Arabia Conference 2026 is a hybrid: a two-day conference with paid certificate workshops before and after it.

For the QnA International summits, registration runs through a contact form rather than a public price list, so ask for a quote early. Solution providers often pay to attend or sponsor, while practitioners from end-user companies may be offered delegate places. Confirm your category when you enquire.

Start with the people you need to meet, then check that the event can put you in a room with them. Five checks help:

1. Match the audience to your role. A CHRO gets more from the Workforce Strategy & Leadership Conference 2026 or the 10th HR Tech Saudi Summit than from an accounting expo. A finance director should look at the Accounting & Business Expo Saudi Arabia 2026 and the Saudi Trade Finance Summit 2026 first.
2. Check the mechanism, not the headcount. Look for pre-booked meetings (the franchise expo's matchmaking, the premium lounge at the accounting expo) or small-format roundtables. A figure of 400 senior attendees means more than 3,000 badge scans if they are the right 400.
3. Stack events in one trip. Mid-November 2026 lets you combine the accounting expo, the HR technology summit and the trade finance summit in a single week in Riyadh.
