IBRAM Conference for Government Procurement & Projects 2026

IBRAM is a specialised professional conference on government procurement, contracts and projects in Saudi Arabia, organised by InspiraCore Consulting. The name stands for Institutional, Bidding, Regulation, Agreements and Management. Over two days it brings government leaders, project directors, procurement specialists, consultancies, technology firms and suppliers together for panel sessions, introductory company meetings and workshops.

Tracks

The programme is built around five tracks.

• Government projects: strategic risk, feasibility studies, proactive planning and large multi-party programmes
• Procurement and contracts: contract governance, terms drafting, change orders and spending efficiency
• Digital transformation: tender-cycle automation and AI in public procurement
• Local content: compliance measurement and economic value

Programme

Day one (Sunday 13 December) covers regulatory integration, procurement as a driver of local supply chains, and digital transformation across the procurement and projects lifecycle. Day two (Monday 14 December) covers national projects, local content in government tenders and developing procurement leaders, and closes with an awards ceremony honouring partners, speakers and sponsors. Each day runs from 08:00 registration to lunch at 15:00.
