About this event

CABSAT is the long-running media technology show for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, now in its 33rd edition. It brings broadcasters, OTT platforms, studios, satellite operators and Pro AV integrators together with the vendors behind cameras, cloud workflows and immersive displays. The 2026 edition moves to the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai (Halls S17 and S19) and runs alongside the SATExpo satellite show.

Event recap

The 33rd CABSAT took place from 5 to 7 October 2026 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai, held alongside SATExpo with Dubai Studio City as strategic partner. The organizers reported more than 18,800 visitors and 450 exhibiting companies representing 700 brands from over 120 countries. The media and broadcast programme included the Contentverse Director's Cut conference on the first day, and Nikon Middle East ran live RAW filmmaking demonstrations with DaVinci Resolve, during which distributor Digital Future Solutions took orders for 600 cameras. CABSAT and SATExpo return to Expo City Dubai on 4–6 May 2027.
