How much is registration?

General registration is $1,225 early bird (by November 18), $1,520 advance (by January 7) and $1,570 onsite. Discounted rates apply for one-day, student, young professional and affiliate registrations. Meals are not included.

When is the exhibit hall open?

Sunday 4:00-7:00 pm (opening and reception), and Monday and Tuesday 9:00 am-4:00 pm. An Expo Only Day Pass costs $100, available online from January 8 or onsite from January 10.

What is the cancellation policy?

Written cancellations sent to the TRB Registration Bureau (SPARGO Inc.) by December 9, 2026 are refunded minus a $50 fee; no refunds after that date.

Can international attendees get a visa invitation letter?

Yes. The International Participation section of the meeting site provides visa information and a self-generated Letter of Invitation.
