ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026

ITMA ASIA + CITME is the biennial textile machinery exhibition that combines the ITMA brand with CITME, China's most important textile machinery event. Owned by CEMATEX, CCPIT TEX, the China Textile Machinery Association and CIEC, the 10th combined show fills seven halls at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, where machinery makers present technology for every step of textile and garment production.

What's on show

Exhibits are organised by production process across the complete textile and garment manufacturing chain, with new sectors for textile-reinforced composites, recycling technologies, digital platforms and automation, and a Research and Innovation sector with leading Chinese universities.

Confirmed exhibitors

More than 1,800 companies had applied to exhibit by mid-2026, almost 90% from China. Confirmed names include Atexco, Barmag, Dornier, Itema, Karl Mayer, Murata, Picanol, Rieter, Santoni, Saurer, Shima Seiki, Staubli, Truetzschler and Vandewiele.

Who attends

Textile and garment manufacturers, mill owners and engineers from China and abroad. The 2024 edition drew more than 90,000 visitors from 111 countries and regions. Trade visitor pre-registration runs until 19 November 2026 with a 40% early-bird discount, and groups of six or more can apply for group packages.

About 180,000 sqm of gross exhibition space across seven halls, 10% larger than the previous edition.
